I’m so glad I left 10 years with commonwealth & change over to ANZ. I was scammed money & the elderly pay helped me then put me with the tall dark hair who helped me dispute my money. He was so lovey & accomodating. I definitely recommend them.

I feel like they don’t want to work or they don’t want your business. 4 people working or chatting in a corner while 5 people are lining up the all time outside. Also I don’t understand why the hours are reduce while the others banks are open on normal hours. It’s a shame as most of the customers are very old and can’t wait in the sun stand up for a long time.

No one acknowledges you and you’re left standing in line until it suits them to serve you, including the branch manager who even made eye contact. Total disregard for their customers and customer service. They’d rather point you to an ATM!
- Antony Milne Added April 22, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Covid-19 restrictions aside and the occasional visit from a transient staff member that actually cares - the service at this Double Bay branch of ANZ Bank is nothing short of embarrassing. The attitude is always "What do you want? I have better things to do!". Serious retraining or fresh recruitment is required.
