  I went in searching for a nice red wine to take to a dinner party. I didn't know much about pinot noirs but was interested to try something new. Troy gave me some really detailed recommendations. I walked out with a bottle which later impressed everyone. Very pleased with the customer service.

  Wanted to purchase a nice Laphroaig at Dan's today. It was there, but locked behind a glass door.
  
  I then went looking for someone to access the bottle for me. After 5 minutes of wandering around the store I found no-one to assist. The two staff on the registers were pinned to their machines.
  
  I understand it’s a first world problem, and we are not talking about a bottle of Yamazaki 55, but either staff your store adequately or unlock your mid-range bottles.

  This is a brand new store or it always looks like it is. Not a drinker but the perfect place to get gifts for friends and family. Always busy and the staff are always polite and helpful in answering questions. Always lots of stock and choice.

  great prices.
  I had a problem with one of their member offers.
  Impossible to ring the store due to some misguided tech head.
  Finaly spoke to an alive person and was happy with the result.
  When are you going to realise that it is more efficient for someone to answer the phone.
  Frustrated Member.

  Huge range across all price points, and helpful staff when I need to ask questions
  We buy there at least twice a month
  Easy access and usually available parking on the roof level
  Bonus is the supermarket on the same level
