  What a beautiful skin clinic located conveniently in double bay! Enjoy the ambiance of the spa the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional and the space is very relaxing and clean. I had the 75min signature cleansing extraction facial. My therapist was very skilled and knowledgeable about the treatment and skincare, the pressure was just perfect too, my skin was glowing afterwards! Thank you so much for having me in!!!

  I have been going to Eva Kaparti for many many years, and only use her products or those she recommends on my skin. I've learned so much about skincare from Eva and her team, and wouldn't trust anyone else in the skincare journey from being a young, fresh-faced girl to a more mature woman! Eva's products are truly innovative and world class, integrating natural, safe ingredients with effective anti-aging properties, without fuss and excess. Thank you to Eva and her team for your care over the years.

  The space was nice and cosy, staff at reception were very friendly.
  I had booked a cleansing facial which started off fine until I was told that she couldn’t really do much extraction for fear of scarring my dark skin (I’ve had many professional extractions done before with no issues). I was also told not to bother wearing sunscreen as it wasn’t necessary for dark skin, this is obviously not true. I struggled to relax into my treatment because she proceeded to try to sell me products the whole time (an eyelash grower and an enzyme powder), was quite insistent. She eventually settled for doing other treatments that I hadn’t asked for and only informed me that they were additional costs about halfway through. Of course I agreed to pay for them, but the cost at the end came to double what I had initially booked.
  I hope you can do better, or at least train your staff to improve their approach. I can see that there are a lot of wonderful reviews so I hope that my experience was isolated to one person.

  Beautiful skin clinic with a relaxing ambient. The staff is always professional and helpful and Eva knows everything about skin. Best facial in Sydney and exceptional results on my pigmentation after a few sessions.
