  Was a tenant to an apartment with this agency and would avoid if possible. Apartment was handed over in dirty conditions, my initial list of issues were only addressed after I mentioned I was considering speaking to a government body, and overall didn't have a pleasant experience with my agent until I was in the final weeks of my lease.
  
  On a positive note, they return your bond quickly and are easy to deal with if you don't have any issues.
  
  11/11/22 update: In response to below comment from the agency, my concerns were indeed addressed after some time. What I am disappointed about is that it took me mentioning wanting to speak to a government body TWICE before actually having issues addressed. This should not have been the case. Nor was I actually given the name of the government body to speak to when I directly asked who this would be, as my agent simply said that she is the one I should speak to (who until that point wasn't addressing my concerns).
  
  Perhaps this rating should be two stars, but my personal opinion is that it is one as I would never recommend someone to utilise them if you are looking for a lease.

  Alex and Angus did an excellent job! They were very responsive to changes in market conditions, worked hard and communicated well. They were a pleasure to work with and we felt they had our best interests at heart and dealt fairly and honestly with us at all times.
