  I recently underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure at Cosmos Clinic Sydney and was extremely disappointed with the level of care and attention I received during my recovery process. While the surgeons were very convincing during my initial consultation and gave the impression that they will be fully invested in my journey, once I had the surgery, I never heard from them or saw them at all.
  
  Throughout my recovery, which has been a bumpy road, none of my follow-up appointments were attended by my surgeon. In fact, I was promised that I would see my surgeon at my six-week follow-up appointment, but instead, I was only seen by a nurse. This lack of personal attention and concern from my surgeon was extremely disheartening and made me feel like I was just a paying customer rather than a patient receiving medical care.
  
  Furthermore, the nurses at Cosmos Clinic Sydney were extremely rude and inattentive. Most of my post-op appointments were rushed, with the nurses treating my questions as if they were silly. I felt extremely uncomfortable and like a burden during my time at the clinic, rather than feeling like it was a safe and supportive environment.
  
  After being consistently told by the nurses at Cosmos Clinic that the recovery period for my surgery would be approximately six weeks, I was shocked and dismayed when, at the six-week mark, I was met with disbelief and even laughter when I informed them that I was still experiencing significant swelling and pain.
  
  The lack of support and reassurance from my surgeon during these crucial weeks of recovery was deeply disappointing and made the experience extremely difficult and stressful.
  
  I was not properly informed of the full recovery timeline and what to expect and was also left to navigate my post-surgery challenges without the necessary guidance and care from my surgeon.
  
  After spending nearly $30,000 on a surgery, I was shocked that I never once saw my surgeon to check in on how I was doing or to inform me of the results they were able to achieve. This lack of transparency and communication was unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply disappointed in my experience at Cosmos Clinic Sydney. Overall, while the surgeons may be skilled in their field, the overall experience at this clinic does not make it worth going there. I would not recommend Cosmos Clinic Sydney to anyone.

  I’ve been coming here for 10 years! I’m 52 years old yet I get told I look 35.
  I’ve had lypo inner thigh/outa thigh/flanks which is the sides back and stomach. The procedure was 10/10 that was 10 years ago now and I looked fab I couldn’t believe how much fat I had! I did go back a few years later to do my knees as I noticed I was putting in a bit of fat due to eating wrong and not exercising.Over all I could speak high enough of Dr Joseph Ajaka who did my surgery.I wanted the best Dr to do my surgery and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I also get fillers/Botox and I don’t look over done! In fact I look quite natural and that’s what you want! Benita has been doing my injections! Thank you to the team for looking after me! I don’t have photos but will ask them next time I’m in for some before and after shots and I’ll post them up! My names Tina and I’m a satisfied patient of the Cosmos team!

  I recently had Botox treatment on my forehead, crows feet and a brow lift and am more than happy with the results!
  Nurse Benoite has given me a fresh, youthful and natural look again which is why Cosmos Clinic Double Bay is the only clinic I go to for any Botox and Filler treatments - always recommend!!

  I'm so happy with my results for my vaser liposuction. Dr Fascetti is a very professional and skilled Surgeon. He is kind patient man, making you feel calm and relaxed. You can definitely put your mind at ease with Cosmos Aesthetics, you are in good hands.

  Each and every time I visit Cosmos Clinic I’m met with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been attending Cosmos for about 3 years now with Nurse Benoite who’s level of sophistication is second to none. She has looked after my Botox and Fillers and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend!

  I’ve had two vaser liposuction procedures at Cosmos Clinic with Joseph and Francesco and couldn’t recommend them enough.
  Getting a cosmetic procedure can be rather daunting- but during both my procedures they were so welcoming and personable- and did an incredible job in clarifying any concerns.
  
  After a procedure you can expect to return a number of times for lymphatic massages- which is always a pleasure as the clinic itself is beautiful and the staff are really friendly.
  
  Above all and most importantly- these guys know what they are doing. They are a busy clinic- and do these procedures all day- so I never had the slightest concern I wasn’t in the safest hands.
  My results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier - it has truly been life changing- so thanks guys!
